2 1/4 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/4 cups of sugar
1 1/2 sticks of softened butter
1/2 cup of eggnog
1 tsp of vanilla
2 egg yolks
1 T. of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Cream sugar and butter together. Add eggnog, vanilla, and egg yolks; beat at medium speed until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, and cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of the nutmeg. Do not over mix. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Sprinkle lightly with remaining nutmeg. Bake for 20-25 minutes until slightly golden.
