Garlic:: 4 clovers
Jalapeņo: 1lb
Ground pork: 0.5 lb
Salt:2tsp
Soy sauce: 1tsp
Sugar:0.5 tsp
Vinegar: 0.3tsp
Vegetable oil: 1tbsp
Water: 2tbsp

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop the garlic,
2. Add the vegetable oil in a sauce pan, stir the chopped
Garlic until the color turns brown.
3. Mix ground pork, 1tsp salt, vinegar in a bowl for 20 minutes.
4. Chop the jalapeņo,
5. Add the mixed pork into the pan, stir fry
6. Pour the chopped jalapeņo into the sauce pan,
7. add 1tsp salt, sugar in the pan, water, and keep stir fry the mix
for 10 minutes,
8. Use a appropriate size tin for the above cooked mix
