Form into a ball...
let ball rise in mixing bowl about 1 hour...

Directions:
Directions:
After it has risen, punch it down, and divide into 2 balls
Place balls on 2 pizza pans...spreading dough
to outer edges...
.Prick dough all over with fork tines...
Prebake pizza 'shells in a preheated 400-450 degree oven for 7-8 minutes.
This will stop the yeast from rising more and making the dough too thick...

Set pizza shells aside until you want to prepare the pizza for eating..

Top pizzas with sliced mushrooms
