Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons yeast 3 cups warm water 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup oil 5-8 cups flour
Add yeast to warm water...in a large bowl ( I use the Kitchen Chef mixer bowl...) let dissolve til foamy Add salt, oil and flour (1 cup of flour at a time) Stir until of dough consistency... Form into a ball... let ball rise in mixing bowl about 1 hour...

Directions:After it has risen, punch it down, and divide into 2 balls Place balls on 2 pizza pans...spreading dough to outer edges... .Prick dough all over with fork tines... Prebake pizza 'shells in a preheated 400-450 degree oven for 7-8 minutes. This will stop the yeast from rising more and making the dough too thick...
************************ Set pizza shells aside until you want to prepare the pizza for eating.. .(make the following sauce)
******************* Pizza sauce (I use Contadina Crushed tomatoes) (28 oz can) (3 cups) crushed garlic diced onion diced green pepper Combine above ingredients
****************** Spread this sauce over pizza shells... (divide it evenly) Top pizzas with sliced mushrooms shredded sharp cheese shredded mozzarella cheese pepperoni slices.. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 5-7 mminutes or til cheese melts and looks bubbly
