1 cup sugar
1 cup water
One 16 ounce bag of fresh cranberries
1 cup chopped Granny Smith apple
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup Grand Mariner
Juice of 1/2 orange
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the sugar and water in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Add the cranberries and return the boil.
Once boiling, lower the heat so you have a nice slow simmer.
Add the apple cubes, the walnuts, the raisins, the Grand Mariner, orange and lemon juices, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Cook for 10 to 25 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow the sauce to cool.
