3 eggs
2 cups sweet milk
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon nutmeg
un-baked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl beat eggs. Add milk, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg, beat well. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until center is set.

Personal Notes:
I use less nutmeg. I just use a light sprinkle. May be baked in custard cups or dish without crust.
