2 lbs meat loaf mix or half hamburger and half sausage.
1 clove of garlic or garlic salt
1 minced onion
1/2 cups cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp celery salt
1/2 teas red pepper seed
2 1/2 cups finely chopped saurkraut

For mixture to roll balls in.
Mix egg and water
Flour
Cracker Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and shape into very small balls. Roll first in flour, then egg and water mixture, then cracker crumbs. Fry in grease until done.

You can adjust seasonings and saurkraut to your taste.
