1 pound of thin spaghetti
6 cups chicken stock (two boxes)

2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoon lite soy sauce
3 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
2 cloves garlic, minced
sriracha (to taste, I usually use just less than a tablespoon for a pound of pasta)

Crushed peanuts (optional)
sliced green onions (optional)
Cooked Chicken (optional)
A handful of Cilantro (optional)
Crushed Red Peppers (optional)
Sesame Seeds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the noodles on high with stock for 5-7 minutes.
Drain off 90% of the stock

In a small saucepan, mix all remaining ingredients on very low to warm it. Start with the oil.
Mix all ingredients in warm oil until peanut butter is melted. Mix well add to noodles

Now your toppings. You get to choose from the optional ingredients. But, always put in a protein. (Broasted chicken from the grocery is good!)
