2 t dry mustard
2 t water
2 t onion juice
3/4 c sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 t salt
1 c white wine vinegar
2 c oil
2 t celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry mustard and water, mix well, and set aside.

Blend onion juice, sugar, garlic, salt, and 1/2 c vinegar. Slowly add oil while constantly beating with an electric mixer. Continue beating and add the remaining 1/2 cup of vinegar, celery seed, and mustard mixture.

Chill to thicken.

Will keep for several weeks.
