4 pork chops 1 inch thick

1/4 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Heat 1 tsp of beg oil in a skillet
put chops into skillet and brown on both sides over medium heat
Remove to baking dish

Put in glass:
1/3 c of water
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp sugar
(add more if you want a broth type stuff to put over the rice)

Directions:

Cover and cook in a 350F oven for about an hour or until chops are tender and thoroughly cooked. Top with sour cream and continue baking for 15 minutes.

To test for doneness, cut a slit near the bone (I used boneless chops)
no pink color should be visible.
