1 egg white
1 teaspoon cold water
1 pound pecan halves
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites and water until frothy but not stiff.
Add nuts and mix until coated.
Mix sugar and spices and add nuts to that bowl.
Place on a buttered sheet pan and bake at 225 F for one hour stirring every 15 minutes.
Watch so they don't burn.
