1 lb pecan halves
1 c sugar
1 egg white
1 T water
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Whip egg white and water until almost stiff (very foamy). Coat pecans well with egg mixture. Thoroughly mix sugar, cinnamon and salt. Coat pecans well with sugar mixture. Place on buttered cookie sheet and bake at 300º, turning every 10 minutes.
