Chicken
2 chicken breasts cut up into thin strips
1 tbsp. of ginger paste
1 tbsp. of garlic paste
1 tsp of salt
1 egg
½ tsp of green chili paste
2 tbsp. of buttermilk
1 tbsp. of cornstarch
1 tsp. of black pepper
1 tbsp. of oil to marinate
2 cups of oil for frying.

Sauce
1 tsp of paprika
1 tbsp. of chopped ginger and garlic
1 tsp of soya sauce
½ tsp of turmeric powder
¼ tsp. of coriander and cumin powder
2 tbsp. of yogurt
2-3 curry leaves
2-3 mint leaves
¼ tsp. of chili pepper
2 tsp of olive oil
1 tsp of chili sauce
1 tbsp. of chopped cilantro

Directions:

1. Marinate the chicken in ginger, garlic, salt, buttermilk, green chutney and oil for about 1 hour.
2 Add cornstarch and egg.
3. Deep fry in a wok until the chicken turns golden brown.
4. Remove from heat and keep it on paper towels to remove excess oil
5. In another wok or deep frying pan, add 2 tbsp. of oil and chopped ginger, and garlic.
6. Add paprika, chili pepper, turmeric powder and cumin powder, curry leaves and mint leaves.
7.Cook for about 1 min.
8. Add yogurt. soya sauce and chili sauce and let it cook until all the yogurt is dry.
9 Now it is time to add the chicken and mix so that the chicken is coated with the sauce.
10. Taste if there is enough salt. You add a pinch if needed.
10.Sprinkle chopped cilantro


Serve with salad and Naan.
