1 stick (½ cup) butter
1¼ C sugar
4 eggs
2 C milk
1 can coconut
1 tsp vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
½ C self-rising flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, saving the flour for last. Pour into pie pans. Bake at 325º for 50 minutes, then turn oven off and leave in oven for another 10 minutes. This recipe forms its own crust.
