Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 ounces diced bacon
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 15 oz can either pinto or black beans rinsed and drained
1 22 oz can pork and beans
1 15 oz can butter beans rinsed and drained
1 15 oz can lima beans rinsed and drained
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp and drain on paper towels.
Brown ground beef and cook onions in the same skillet. Drain fat.
Combine ground beef onions and bacon with the rest of the ingredients and spoon into a two quart casserole.
Bake at 300 degrees for one hour or until the casserole is as thick as desired.

When I make this for a church gathering, I leave out the ground beef and double the recipe using one can each of black and pinto beans. I bake it in two 8"X10" glass dishes which leaves a little over.
