4 cups cubed, cooked chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup butter
2 cups milk
3 cups cubed, cooked ham
1 cup chopped onion
⅓ cup flour
⅛ tsp ground mustard

Topping:
1 cup bread crumbs
¼ cup cheddar cheese
2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, ham, and cheese in a bowl.
Saute onion in butter. Add flour and stir to form a paste. Add milk and bring to a boil.
Pour over meat mixture in bowl, then put in greased 9x13 baking dish.
Toss crumbs and butter, add cheese. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake uncovered @ 350º for 30 minutes.
