4 eggs
3 tbsps.. of brown sugar
1 pinch of salt
¾ cup half and half milk
½ tsp of cinnamon
2 tbsp. of butter or olive oil
7-8 slices bread.

You can use either white or brown bread.
Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
2. Add milk, sugar and cinnamon and mix.
3. Heat frying pan and add the butter.
4. Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture and pan fry on both sides.
5 Serve with strawberries and blueberries.
