1/2 lb Flank Steak or Bottom Round think sliced
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Minced Garlic
32 oz Beef Broth
2 Green Bell Peppers chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
8 Slices Provolone Cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom
1/2 cp Heavy Cream
4 oz Shredded Mozzarella
4 oz Shredded Cheddar
8 oz Cream Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large pot heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat
2. Add half of onion and garlic; cook until soft
3. Add broth; simmer about 15 minutes
4. Heat remaining oil in separate pan over medium heat
3. Add steak, remaining onion and green bell peppers to oil
4. Cook about 15 minutes
5. Add cream of mushroom, heavy cream, cheddar, cream cheese and mozzarella cheese to broth
6. Add Worcestershire and black pepper to steak, stir
7. Once cheese melts in broth add steak and top with provolone
8. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes
