1. French Bread
3. ¼ cup. of olive oil
4 ¼ cup. of butter
5. 3 cloves of garlic
6. 1 tsp of salt
7. 1 tsp of black pepper

Romaine salad

Dressing
1. 2 cloves of crushed garlic
2. 1 tsp. of anchovy paste (optional)
3. 1 tsp of Worcester sauce
4 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
5. ½ tsp of Dijon mustard
6. 2 egg yolks
7. 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
8. 1 tbsp. of parmesan cheese
9. 1 tsp of pepper

Crotons
1.Preheat oven to 400º
2.Crush 6 cloves of garlic.
3.Melt 1 tbsp. of butter and 1 tbsp. of olive oil
4 Mix the garlic, olive oil and butter
5. Cut up the bread into small bite sizes pieces in a bowl..
6. Pour the butter and oil on the bread pieces and mix thoroughly and place the contents on a baking tray.
7. Bake for about 15 mins.

Dressing
Beat the eggs using a hand mixer or a whisk. Blend the ingredients into the eggs except olive oil . Drizzle the oil slowly into mixture blending the ingredients.

Romaine
Cut up the romaine salad and add in a bowl. Add a few crotons with little bit of dressing. Sprinkle parmesan cheese.
