Glaze:
1 Cup Ketchup, ¼ Cup packed Brown Sugar, 2½ Tbsp. Cider Vinegar, ½ tsp. Hot Sauce
Meatloaf:
1 lb. 90 percent lean Ground Beef
1 lb. Ground Pork
2 tsp. Veg. Oil
1 Onion, Chopped fine
2 Garlic Cloves minced
15 Square Saltines, crushed
⅓ Cup Whole Milk
2 lg. Eggs
⅓ Cup finely chopped fresh Parsley
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. dried Thyme
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
1.Glaze: Whisk all ingredient in saucepan until Sugar dissolves. Reserve 1/4 Cup Glaze mixture.
Simmer remaining glaze over med. heat until thickened. Cover & keep warm.
2. Meatloaf: Line baking pan with foil & coat lightly with Veg. oil. Heat oil in skillet. Cook Onion until golden ( 8 minutes). Add Garlic & cook 30 seconds. Transfer to bowl.
Crush Saltines & Add Milk. Mix Beef & Pork. Add Meat mixture to bowl with cooled Onion mixture. Add Eggs, Parsley, Mustard, Worcestershire, Thyme, 1 tsp. salt & 3/4 tsp. pepper. Combine with hands.
3. Adjust oven rack to 4 inches from broiler. Transfer Meat to loaf pan. Broil 5 minutes. Remove & brush loaf with Glaze. Broil for another 2 minutes. Transfer to lower rack in oven. Reduce temp to 350º & bake for 40-50 minutes. Serves 6 to 8
