2 c sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c milk
1/3 c cocoa
3 c oats

Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, milk and cocoa in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Boil 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in oats. Drop by tablesponfulls onto waxed paper--quickly! Cool completely then store tightly covered.
