1 cup strawberries, hulled & crushed
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup water
1 TBSP cornstarch
1 tsp margarine
Red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients. Stir in a few additional berries, if you’d like. Cook and stir until mixture is thick and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Stir in last 2 ingredients and cover surface with clear plastic wrap. Cool & serve over cheesecake, pound cake or ice cream. Makes 1 ½ cups of sauce. Enjoy!!
