1 ¼ cups fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 cup fresh tomato, chopped
½ cup onion, finely chopped ½ cup Italian sausage, cooked
1 tsp vegetable oil ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
2 cups water ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1-15 ounce jar Ragu Pizza Sauce Mozzarella cheese (amount you desire)
1 cup chopped pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, saute’ mushrooms and onion in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes, until tender. Add water, pizza sauce, pepperoni, tomatoes, sausage, Italian seasoning. Bring to boil over medium heat; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Before serving, stir in Parmesan cheese. Garnish with Mozzarella.
