1 head iceberg lettuce, broken into bite-sized pieces 1 TBSP Chili powder
1 ½ cups cubed Cheddar cheese 2 cans red kidney beans
4 medium tomatoes, diced 1 bag regular-size Fritos
1 ½ lb ground round, browned 1 bottle Thousand Island
Salt and Pepper, to taste dressing
Mix the lettuce, cheese cubes and tomatoes together and set aside. Brown the meat and season. Add the beans and heat thoroughly and keep warm. At serving time, mix lettuce mixture with the hamburger mixture. Add dressing and a bag of Fritos. Mix all well and serve warm.
