Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 chicken cut up into 8 pieces
1 tbsp. ginger
1 tbsp. garlic
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 tsp green chutney
1 tsp. paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup white flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a saucepan add ginger, garlic, lemon juice, green chutney, 1 tsp salt and paprika to the chicken. Marinate for about 10 - 15 mins.
2. Cover the saucepan and steam the chicken on medium heat without using any water. Stir occasionally to ensure that the chicken does not stick to the bottom of the saucepan. Do not overcook the chicken just enough to baste the spices..
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat when the liquid has thickened and almost dried out and let it cool. Pour the thick liquid over the chicken.
4. To the breadcrumbs add cayenne pepper and black pepper and a pinch of salt.
5 In a wok add about 3 cups of oil on the stove on high heat.
6. Beat eggs lightly.
7 When chicken has cooled down, dip it lightly first in flour, then in eggs and last in the breadcrumbs before frying.
8 You can adjust the peppers according to your taste.

Serve with salad and French fries.
