3 tbs peanut butter
6 oz. of tomatoe sauce
4 tab mole (mexican flavoring)

Taco shells
hamburger or chicken filling
sharp chedder cheese

Mix up in warm skillit until mole and all
ingredients are dissolved.

When hot and bubbly soat tortilla shells until soft
and fill with onions and sharp chedder cheese.

Roll filling (meat and cheese) in tortilla shells
place in baking dish cover with more sauce
and cheese and bake about 30 mins at 300 degrees
