Potato Salad Dressing – Ida Moll
2/3 cup white vinegar, heated to boiling 1 tsp salt
4 eggs 5 TBSP sugar
1 tsp dry mustard 1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs; add mustard, salt & sugar and mix. Stir in egg mixture into boiling vinegar. Continue to boil until mixture is thick. When mixture is cold, add sour cream.
