2 cups white sugar
1/4 cup cacao powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup plain almond milk
1 cup avocado oil
2 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 cup red food coloring

Cream cheese frosting
1/2 cup softened vegan butter
2 8 oz vegan cream cheese softened
1 tbsp vanilla extra
3 cups powdered sugar
1 to 2 tbsp almond milk optional (if needed if to thick )

Grease and flour to round 9 inch cake pans line with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350 . Whisk dry ingredients.In a separate bowl whisk wet ingredients adding vinegar last.Stir wet into dry just until combined. Immediately pour into pans. Bake 20 to 22 min. or until top of cakes springs bake Let cool on wire racks at least 1 hour..Prepare frosting. In a stand mixer cream the butter with the cream cheese.Add the vanilla extract, mix until creamy. Mix in the powdered sugar .Add only almond milk if too thick.Let cool in frig . Store cake in frig .
