Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Lawry’s Seasoned Salt *
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup butter
4 chicken breast halves, bone-in, skin-on
1 cup water
1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
1 teaspoon dried dillweed
½ cup sour cream

*This is a superb chicken dish. However, the Lawry’s makes it too salty. Try replacing half the Lawry’s with 1/3 tsp. paprika, 1/3 tsp. chili powder, and 1/3 tsp. Greek Seasoning or Herbs de Provence. Also a little extra sour cream might be beneficial.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the Lawry’s (or combo) and garlic powder. Rub mixture evenly over the breasts.
Melt butter in iron skillet. Brown breasts on both sides.
Meanwhile, mix the Knorr mix and dill weed in the water.
Pour over the chicken in the skillet and cover. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until the chicken has thoroughly cooked.
Remove the chicken to a plate.
Whisk in the sour cream. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over.
Serve.
