1 lb bacon
6-8 Italian sausages
1-2 onion
season salt

5 lbs diced potatoes
chicken stock
fresh spinach
~ 1/2 cup cream

In soup pot brown first 5 ingredients together. Add water and chicken stock to cover plus 1"
Simmer 30-40 minutes. Add about 5 lb potatoes. Cook til 3/4 done, add 1 box fresh spinach ti wilted. Add about 1/2 cup cream.
