1/2 cup evaporated milk or cream
2 Tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
6 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together evaporated milk and lemon juice or white vinegar. In a separate bowl mix together brown sugar, honey, oil, vanilla, and eggs. Add both mixes together. Than add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Divide into four equal parts. place each part on a greased and floured cookie sheet. (try with parchment paper, should work) Roll or pat mixture out to edges. Prick with a fork. Bake at 375º for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and in squares while hot.
