In a small bowl, put 1 tbs dry yeast in plus a little sugar. Pour 1/2 cup water in it. Scald 2 cups milk and 1 stick butter - don't let it boil. In a large bowl, place 1 tbs sugar plus 1 tbs of salt. when yeast is lukewar add to lukewarm milk mixture.Start adding 1 cup at a time until dough forms, until not sticky. Cover n mixture bowl, place a t-towel over it. When it comes to the top make into 1 large dough balls place on greased cookie sheet, with fingers press cown with a smaller ball. Bake at 400º. Bake until lightly brown on bottom. Place on a rack to cool.
