cooking spray
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions, chopped
12 Ritz crackers, more for serving
1/2-3/4 cup real bacon bits
1/2 cup pepper jelly
1 Tbs. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Grease pie pan with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, mix mayo, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, some bacon bits, and green onions.
Transfer mix to pie pan and top with crushed Ritz crackers.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven.

In a small pan, heat pepper jelly and water over low heat until melted.
Top dip with remaining bacon bits. Drizzle pepper jelly over.

Serve with remaining Ritz Crackers.
