*4 slices frozen Texas Toast (buttered/cheese)
*4 - 6 slices cheese (American or Cheddar or Pepper Jack)
*4 slices ham (optional)
*1/2 cup parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Partially toast bread/let thaw at room temperature 5 - 10 minutes/heat in oven at 350 for a couple minutes/microwave 10 seconds.
2. Divide cheeses/meat evenly between two bread slices. (You may want to brown ham before putting on sandwich).
3. Top with remaining bread slices.
4. Use a frying pan at medium-low heat until cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown on each side. (fry a few minutes on each side)
*If bread browns faster than cheese melts, reduce heat and cover pan. If cheese melts and bread isn't browned, increase heat for last minute.
