Crust:
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
Pinch of Salt
1 Cup (2 sicks) Butter at room temp.

Filling:
4 Eggs
2 Cups Granulated Sugar
6 Tbsp. Flour
6 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º
Lightly grease a 13 x9 x 2 inch pan
to make the crust. Combine the flour, Confect. Sugar & Salt in a large bowl.
Add Butter to Flour mix and cut to form a crumbly mix.
Press the mixture into the prepared pan.*
Bake for 20 minutes.

For Filling:
Mix Eggs, Granulated Sugar, Flour & Lemon Juice. Pour this over the baked crust and bake for 25 minutes longer. Sprinkle with Confect. Sugar, if desired, when the bars are warm.

*Line the pan with parchment paper covering the bottom, sides and overlapping the pan. This will help lift the bars from the pan.
