2 Tbls. canning salt

Directions:
Blanch tomatoes and remove skin. Cut into chunks and put in large stew pot. Using a food processor, chop onions and green peppers until small pieces. In food processor finely mince jalapenos. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until hot.

Sterilize jars (quarts or pints). Fill jars leaving 1/4 inch from top. Run finger over lip of jar removing any food, etc. Also to check for any nicks in glass. Put lid on tightly. Process jars in hot water bath for 30 minutes for pints and 40 minutes for quarts. Remove from water and allow to cool before checking for seal. Refrigerate any jars that do not seal and use immediately.
