1 6-10 lb. ham
orange juice
light brown sugar or honey
Dijon mustard
1 orange

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º F.

Slice the ham slightly diagonally across the top in both directions to
form a triangular pattern.
Put the ham, flat face down, on a rack in a roasting pan.
Pour ¼ inch of orange juice at the bottom.
Mix 1 cup of sugar (or ¼ cup honey), ¾ cup mustard, and the
grated zest and juice of one orange.
Pour the glaze over the ham and roast for 1 ½ hours.

Optional: You can top ham with pineapple slices.

If you do not want to make your own glaze - a preferred
bottled brand is Boars Head ham glaze (found in the
deli section of the supermarket). Brush glaze over the ham
in the last 30 min. of cooking.
