3 ripe plantain bananas but not too soft - sliced and each banana cut in 6 pieces
1 cup all purpose flour
1 eggs
⅛ cup sugar
1cup milk
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp cardamom and nutmeg powder
1 tsp vanilla essence

Directions:

1 Mix all the ingredients together.
2.Rest for 15 mins
3. Dip the banana in the batter and deep fry in oil.


Serve hot with ice cream or with a cup of chai.
