1 lb. hamburg
1 cup cooked Minute Rice
Salt & Pepper
1 - 4 green or red peppers
tomato sauce (homemade or jar sauce)
mozzarella cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Slice peppers in half side to side; clean out the inside. Rinse and pat dry with paper towels. Mix hamburg with cooked rice and add a little salt & pepper. Mix well. Take a handful of hamburg/rice mixture and pack it into peppers to top of pepper. Fill each pepper half.

Place some of your favorite tomato sauce into a 13 x 9" pan. Place peppers on top of the sauce. Put more sauce on top of the peppers. Place mozzarella cheese on top of peppers. Bake at 350º for at least 1 hour.
