1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
8 oz. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 egg
1/2-1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish and melt in microwave. In a large bowl pour both kinds of corn (without draining). Beat egg and pour into bowl. Add milk and sour cream. Mix well. Add part of cheese-stir, add muffin mix-stir, add rest of cheese-stir. Pour into pan on top of butter. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
