2 to 3 stalks of celery - chopped
1 medium onion, diced
1 lb white fish, diced
1 can of evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook celery and onion until almost tender. Add rest of ingredents to pot and continue cooking until done. Add milk. Enjoy
