1 prepared Pillsbury Thin crust dough
1 sliced zucchini
1 sliced squash
1 sliced tomato
1 sliced onion
1 T. fresh basil
1 cup part skim shredded mozzarella
1½ cup marinara
2 oz. grated parmesan
2 oz. Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grill and clean grate. Lightly spray vegetables with olive oil and season with dried Italian seasoning. Place vegetables on hot grill and cook until marked. Remove from grill and let cool. Once vegetables are cool cut into strips and hold until ready to use. Clean grill with oil. Open dough and stretch out until manageable. Over LOW heat place raw dough on grill and cook until starting to bubble; using tong carefully turnover and continue to cook until slightly bubbled. Remove from heat and put aside. Turn off one side of grill so that only half is lit. Place cooked dough on surface and spread marinara over one side, sprinkle with mozzarella then grilled vegetables. Place on grill surface that is not on and lower lid. Cook about 5-10 minutes until vegetables are hot. Remove from grill, cut in to 12 pieces and top with fresh chopped basil and grated parmesan. Heat grill and clean it.
