13 egg white
2 C sugar
2 1/2 bags of ground almonds

Caramel:
12 yolks
2 C sugar
11/2 C oil
3 T coffee dissolved in 1/4C hot water
Directions:
Directions:
1) Beat egg whites and add rest of ingredients. Divide on two cookie sheets.
Bake on 325

2) mix caramel on low flame and then pour half on top of one cake. Put the second cake on top and then put the rest of the caramel on top
