1/3 c sugar
1/3 c Splenda (Can use all sugar, but NOT all Splenda)
7 T cornstarch
1/2 t cinnamon
2 T lemon juice
3 T water
enough blueberries to fill pie shell

Homemade or store-bought pie shell

1/3 c. Splenda

½ t. cinnamon

ADD
2 T lemon juice
3 T water

POUR OVER
Berries in pie shell

Make lattice or crumb top

Bake @ 375 degrees about 1 hour

My crust got pretty brown. Next time I’ll try a crumb top and bake a little before I put it on…..
