½ C HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
1 t VANILLA
PINCH SALT
AMARETTI BISCOTTI

WASH, STEM, AND QUARTER BERRIES LENGTHWISE
ADD ¼ C SUGAR, ROSÉ, LEMON JUICE AND ZEST. CHILL ONE HOUR.

WHISK MASCARPONE, CREAM, ¼ C. SUGAR, SALT, AND VANILLA UNTIL SOFT PEAKS FORM.

IN BOWL OR PARFAIT GLASS LAYER IN ORDER:
BERRIES
LIQUID
CREAM
