2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup oil
3 cups grated carrots
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp soda


Icing
1 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 box 10 x sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix sugar with eggs. Add Oil, flour, cinnamon, and soda and mix well.
Mix in grated carrots. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes
Frost with Cream Cheese Icing. See recipe ingredients above.
Add all ingredients and mix well!

Sometimes I add a regular size can of crushed pineapple (lightly drained).
