1 packet of fettucine or any other pasta you desire
1 lb. of extra lean ground beef
1 small onion
3 tbsp. of olive oil
2 bottles of spicy pasta sauce with garlic
1 tsp of white vinegar
1 onion chopped finely
2 tsp salt
1 tsp of black pepper
½ cup of mushrooms
½ cup of green or red or yellow bell peppers
½ cup of celery
½ tsp of chili peppers
1 tsp of garlic paste
1 tsp of ginger paste
White sauce - see recipe in the sauces
2 cups of mozzarella and cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. of fresh parsley

Directions:
1. Boil Pasta in water and add 1 tbsp. of olive oil and 1 tsp of salt.
2. When boiled to about 90%, drain the pasta and run under cold water and add 1 tbsp. of olive oil.
3. In a sauce pan, add meat, 1 tsp of salt, ginger and garlic and cook well until the red is gone.
4. Add tomato sauce, black pepper, chili peppers, vinegar, onions, mushrooms, celery, fresh parsley and bell peppers. You can add or omit any vegetables.
5. Taste for salt or chilies. Add a little more if needed according to your taste.
6. Add the white sauce to the pasta and mix well.
7. Preheat the oven to 350º F.
8. Grease the lasagna dish with olive oil.
9. First add pasta at the bottom, then add the tomato sauce with beef and vegetables, Sprinkle with cheese and repeat the process.
10. Sprinkle cheese at the top and garnish with parsley.
11 Bake for about 30 mins or until the cheese is bubbly

Serve with Garlic Bread and Salad.
