1 egg
6 medium sized potatoes
10 slices of dry bread, broken into small pieces
3 tsp of summer savory
1 onion chopped finely

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, drain and mash as usual.
Add egg , bread crumbs and summer savory.
Mix well. Add onion.
Combine with potato, bread and summer savory, mixing well.

Put stuffing in turkey or put stuffing in baking dish. Pour turkey drippings on top and bake for 30 minutes in 300ºf oven.
