4-5 LBS brisket
1 bottle liquid smoke
celery salt
onion powder
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Pour a full bottle liquid smoke on brisket using 13x9x2 5/8 alumi cake pan and lid. Sprinkle both sides of meat thickly with seasoning.
Refrigerate with lid on for 12 hrs.
You can turn meat over once.
Next Day!
Pre-heat oven to 200. Then bake covered. Don't drain! Bake for 8 hrs.
Cool in natural juices, drain then refrigerate about all day. Slice and serve warm with homemade BBQ Sauce.
