1 can Corn
1 c. Milk
2 Tbsp. Flour
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Salt
Pepper, to taste
2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 c. Bread crumbs (soft and stale)
1/2 c. Bread crumbs (dry)

Directions:
Directions:
Make a white sauce using the milk, flour, butter, salt and pepper. Add the corn, soft bread crumbs, and sugar. Mix dry bread crumbs with 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter. Cover bottom of a buttered baking dish with half of the buttered bread crumbs. Pour the corn mixture over the crumbs. Cover with remaining bread crumbs. Bake in 350º oven until crumbs are browned.
