1 1/2 c. Hot Milk
1 c. Cheese, grated
1 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
5 or 6 slices Bread, soft and stale
2 Tbsp. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly. Add milk and salt. Butter bread and cut into small pieces. Arrange in buttered pudding pan, alternating with cheese, having the bread as the bottom and top layer. Pour liquid mixture over the bread until it can be seen on the top, adding more milk if necessary. Bake in 350º oven 20-30 minutes.
